We believe the Muslim organisations serving muslims in the west are in a crises point. Many employees and volunteers join with passion to serve their commnunity. Time and time again, they are not valued and left burnt out, and often times insulted. In turn this can lead to significant mental health challenges and in extreme circumstances, a crises of faith itself. This cannot continue. We must find ways to overcome this.
Ultimately, we are passionate about preserving the dignity of individuals in pursuit and service of the deen.
